BRAND IDENTITY / URBAN ONE & TV ONE
Urban One asked Mod Op to redesign the brand identity for their entire family of “ONE” entities, from the parent company Urban One to the additional five sub-brands.
We started with a logo and graphics rebrand package for TV One, positioning the network in a more relevant, younger, urban and edgier direction. Our bold new tagline succinctly captured the audience’s mindset and the network’s programming: Represent.
Using key design elements from TV One, we created a cohesive, signature style and identity that was applied across all the Urban One brands.
