Preferred Hotels & Resorts engaged us to redesign their consumer-facing website and rearchitect their massive content management system, which houses data for more than 800 independent hotels and residences across the globe.
The biggest challenge for the re-platform was successfully migrating massive amounts of data from an outdated content management system with multiple points of API connections into a scalable and intuitive state-of-the-art authoring solution while maintaining those complex third-party integrations for both user consumption and admin content control.
We designed and built a gorgeous yet powerful user experience for features such as a robust search tool for multiple property data points along with an integrated booking engine with real-time rate display and an easy-to-access customer loyalty program for authenticated users.
The Preferred Hotel & Resorts homepage is an assemblage of the rich and powerful features the site embodies. There is front-and-center search tool on the homepage that is layered on top of a photo carousel that contains direct links to the hotel booking engine or to additional product details. In the body of the page there is a configurable grid for hotels, properties, experiences and offers, so that Preferred Hotel and Resorts can quickly and easily point users to content they want to showcase and convert.
