Tony Cannon new Mod Op Chief Financial Officer

MIAMI – July 19, 2022Mod Op, a marketing communications agency with offices across the U.S. and an office in Latin America, recently appointed Tony Cannon as Chief Financial Officer to serve as the agency’s financial steward in a time of significant growth.

Since joining the team, Tony has made a large impact on the company including assisting with the integration of a new financial and operational tool, as well as supporting in the process to secure Mod Op’s recent investment from Alterna Equity Partners. Tony has also developed reporting and tools to assist the company in visualizing operational efficiencies, becoming an integral part of Mod Op’s C-suite.

With more than 24 years of financial experience in the advertising industry, Tony is well-versed in mergers and acquisitions, as well as having specific vertical industry experience in healthcare and financial services. Before joining Mod Op, he served as the CFO for several marketing companies including Pivot Health + Wellness, PACE and Interlink Healthcare Communications.

Tony began his career at accounting firm Arthur Andersen, before shifting his focus to advertising services at Omnicom. After several years managing mergers and acquisitions, Tony joined the Interpublic Group of Companies. While there, he accepted his first role as a CFO of one of the company’s many business units.
