Doyle will lead brand strategy across the agency’s client portfolio, bringing experience shaping positioning and content strategy for Fortune 500 and growth-stage brands
MIAMI, Florida — July 30 — Mod Op, a marketing and experience agency that combines human creativity and intelligent technology to help brands move faster and perform smarter, today announced the appointment of David Doyle as Head of Brand Strategy. In his role, Doyle will lead brand strategy across the agency’s client portfolio, helping organizations define and express their brands with clarity and consistency across channels. The appointment follows the launch of ORION™, Mod Op’s connected intelligence ecosystem, and reinforces the agency’s commitment to an integrated ecosystem that brings together strategy, creative, media, data, technology, and communications to help clients solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Doyle has built his career, helping companies simplify complex ideas and turn them into clear, actionable brand platforms. He joins Mod Op from Dentsu Creative, where he most recently served as VP, Brand Strategy. In this role, he led brand and product positioning, messaging, communications, and content strategy across teams for B2B and B2C clients, contributing to work that earned the agency top industry recognition in 2024 and 2025. Prior to that, Doyle was Group Strategy Director at Dentsu Creative, where he helped build strategy for American Express’ global content platform, Business Class. His work includes leading positioning and content strategy for Fortune 500 brands across finance, travel, and small business, with a focus on creating brands that are consistent, usable, and built to scale.
“What sets this team apart is a genuine willingness to build something people want to be part of, and that mindset shows up in the work,” said Doyle. “For me, brand strategy is about getting to something simple and clear enough that it holds up in the real world, not just on a slide. I’m looking forward to helping clients define that and carry it through in a way that’s consistent and drives real outcomes.”
Mod Op also announced the promotion of Susan Baraczek to EVP, Head of Global Client Partnerships, further strengthening the agency’s leadership across client partnerships and its connected, cross-disciplinary teams. Susan spent more than a decade at Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners, joining Mod Op after its acquisition of the agency in 2023. Prior to RTOP, Baraczek held roles at Leo Burnett and Ogilvy, bringing extensive experience across integrated agency leadership and client partnerships. In her new role as EVP, Head of Global Client Partnerships, she will oversee client relationship strategy and help bring together expertise from across the agency to deliver more connected, outcome-driven solutions for clients.
“Brands today need partners who understand their business, their audience, and the cultural heat around them, at speed,” said Steve Red, Co-CCO of Mod Op. “David and Susan will help lead Mod Op’s unique blend of human creativity and intelligent technology, defining where clients need to go, then working with their teams to build the strategic paths and meaningful relationships to get them there.”
