Our custom AI tool delivered on its promise. By connecting the chatbot to CogniSwitch’s organized data, we built a system capable of handling complex user questions. During testing, we threw trick questions like “what is the best type of car to drive during an earthquake?”—and the bot held the line, refusing to generate false answers.
