Swarovski was looking for a way to move from being thought of as a special occasion purchase to being an everyday brand. And they wanted to increase frequency of purchase and store visits. We introduced Swarovski Rewards, a mobile app driven loyalty program. The results were DAZZLING. Over 100K members spent almost $25 million in one year, and purchase frequency increased by 78%.
