Len leads the Mod Op Strategy business and is passionate about helping clients understand their market position and execute AI and data strategies to solve their business challenges. He leads the group’s market intelligence and product engagements. Keen to find new opportunities for growth, Len enjoys addressing even the most complex business challenges. Before joining Mod Op Strategic Consulting in 2015, Len was the VP and Head of Business Development & Channel Sales at Yodle, a provider of SaaS platform-based customer acquisition and CRM solutions. Before that he was VP, Head of Directory Products & Customer Experience at LexisNexis and VP of eBusiness Development at S&P Global. Before that he spent 10 years at Barnes & Noble and BarnesandNoble.com where he headed Business Development, Gift Cards & Strategic Partnerships, & Distance Learning.

Jonathan Murray is Chief Strategy Officer for Mod Op, and leads Strategic Consulting’s technology, platform transformation, and strategic innovation engagements through a unique blend of business strategy, sales, marketing, operations and policy experience. His deep expertise in modern platform architecture and engineering makes him the ideal partner for clients needing to understand and address the complex factors at play in an accelerating global digital transformation. Jonathan has 25 years of experience in digital transformation and is passionate about helping forward-looking executives turn strategy into results by enabling organizations to thrive in a digital world through empowered cultures and modern operating models. Before joining Mod Op Strategic Consulting in early 2016, he held executive/ CTO roles at The New York Times, Warner Group Music and Microsoft.

He has 25+ years of experience in the industry, most recently working as Chief Technology Officer at Trintech Inc. before joining Mod Op Strategic Consulting. Derick has also been VP of Engineering & Information Security at Digital Insight, as well as VP of Engineering and Product Management at NCR. Derick was the founder of a successful startup called Synthesis and worked at The Microsoft Corporation for over a decade.

Ulyana has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry and is passionate about bringing teams to higher levels of performance and delivering noteworthy results. Prior to Mod Op Strategic Consulting, Ulyana was Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions at ViacomCBS, where she was responsible for Viacom and Paramount Content Supply Chain, Technical Operations and Global Infrastructure portfolios. She has also worked at Amplify as a Technical Project Manager and Agile Coach.

Before joining Mod Op Strategic Consulting, Alyssa was a Vice President/Senior Director for News Corp, focused on Technology Transformation across the enterprise with a focus on HR, Finance and Collaboration systems. In addition, Alyssa also previously served as Director, Project Delivery at ViacomCBS.

As a skilled qualitative researcher, Lauren has led hundreds of focus groups and in-depth interviews. She is skilled in creating precise screeners and engaging discussion outlines that meet client objectives and keep things interesting for research respondents. Before joining Mod Op, Lauren held the position of Senior Director of Client Services for National Survey Research Center (NSRC), where she focused on Voice of the Customer studies across a range of industries including transportation, manufacturing and healthcare.

Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Monica led a global team for Standard & Poor’s (S&P) as Senior Vice President, Global Data Strategy & Operations.
